Udoka is a SMEDAN Licensed National Business Development Service Provider and NCMD Accredited Management Trainer/Consultant.

He consults for the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria and other Business Membership Organizations where he has helped many Businesses with R&D, Business Plan and Financial Modeling, Project Management utilizing Prince2 process-based method, Fundraising, Business Analytics; Training; Growth Strategies; etc.

He is Scrum master and a researcher with a deep understanding of the Nigerian business ecosystem, He is also a Business Incubation Specialist who has handheld many founders to turn their ideas into reality.

Udoka is a serial entrepreneur who has founded/co-founded various companies, serves on the board of many businesses and a Mentor with organizations such as LSETF, Fate Foundation, Cherie Blair Foundation, etc. He has many years of experience as a banker which cut across various units such as Treasury, Operations, Electronic Banking, and Public Sector Collections before voluntarily resigning in 2017 to pursue his dreams of BUILDING BUSINESSES. RAW MATERIALS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (RMRDC)

 RMRDC is an agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria (under the supervision of Federal Ministry of Science and Technology) vested with the mandate to promote the development and utilization of Nigeria’s industrial raw materials.

 RMRDC originated from the recommendations of workshop on industrial matters organized by the then Federal Ministry of Industry, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) and the Nigeria Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) in July, 1983

 The Council is in the business of designing and developing technology for processing raw materials into products. RMRDC also carries out upgrade and optimization of indigenous/ traditional process technology in order to reduce drudgery, improve aesthetics and increase production capacity.
